Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of intelligent effort. It underpins everything you do, like Development, Integration and Innovation. Without it, we may begin quickly, but soon slow down as technical debt trips up each iteration or change. In this video we discuss how our QA practice is now delivering QA as a Service, using its metrics, processes and consultants.
QA Data sheet
Our Agile development teams include dedicated QAs who shape the test strategy, tooling and processes. This is a process of continual improvement. To share insights between projects, we bring together these QAs into an Estafet Practice.
We have specialist nearshore teams using automated tools and working closely with development teams to ensure sustained quality, velocity and agility. Find out how we on-board new customers, beginning with a two-week, time-boxed assessment.
TESTING AS A SERVICE
Our Agile development teams include dedicated QAs who shape the test strategy, tooling and processes. This is a process of continual improvement.
Estafet’s agile methodology and QA framework means we deliver high quality projects on time
Quality is never an accident, it is always the result of intelligent effort. Without it, technical debt soon makes software brittle or hard to adapt. Whilst you cannot “test in” quality to software once written, you can change the way you work to ensure sustained agility. This means thinking about how you write, test and integrate.
To share insights between projects, we bring together these QAs into an Estafet Practice. Our QA practice has not only changed how we work, but is now offering its tools, processes and expertise to customer development teams as a managed service.
Our new proposition, Testing as a Service is based on a well-established capability. It involves nearshore staff working in close collaboration with customer development teams, using our processes, metrics and test automation skills to augment your delivery capability.
We have teamed up with Red Hat and our Practice Leads to build a coherent view of the core metrics underpinning successful development projects. This means extracting raw data from, for example, JIRA, Sonarqube and Jenkins, creating derived metrics to monitor quality and progress and presenting a unified dashboard to stakeholders.

We seek long-term partnerships with growing businesses that understand the benefits of Agile working and are prepared to share their development roadmap with us. This helps us build a better service that capitalises on our own experience, frameworks and investment in good, collaborative staff.
Some customers also want to outsource management of their integration platform. We run Cloud Integration Platforms as part of our service. This means we are responsible for both the software development and the live service, including the cloud platform it runs on.
For some, this is an interim state whilst the in-house team adjusts to new technology or DevOps processes. For others, this is a longer-term investment which frees the in-house team to focus on other, high-value business priorities. We are flexible, and our goal is to support your business in a way that makes sense for you.
We don’t employ salesmen, only delivery experts and software professionals who have seen many integration projects across many different verticals. If we can help, we’ll be clear as to the value we bring; if not – perhaps you are outside our core tech, or your problem is in some way unique – we’ll tell you. Our honest and collaborative approach to managed service is well-established and we are keen to hear about your needs: we love an interesting problem to solve.
